The Birthing Room - LDR provides for the entire process of delivery including patient preparation, relaxation and analgesia during labour, delivery, infant resuscitation, post natal recovery and observation. The Birthing Room will include a scrub basin. Clinical items such as medical gases and services may be concealed but within easy reach.
This Standard Component has been redocumented. During the process, the content has undergone a quality assurance process. The overall changes are minor in nature and do not represent a significant revision.
