The Beverage Bay is an area for preparation (including heating as required) of refreshments, snacks and small meals, washing some utensils, storing small mounts of food and drink and disposing of food waste (in accordance with food hygiene requirements).
Beverage bays may allocated to patient care areas, staff areas and meeting/education facilities.
