The equipment store is used for the storage of medical equipment when not in use and recharging of electrical items used in patient care. Space is required for parking of mobile equipment including IV poles, wheelchairs, lifting equipment, trolleys, cradles and commode chairs for the Unit.
This Standard Component has been reviewed, redocumented and reissued. These changes include findings from recent projects and post occupancy evaluations. In most cases, the changes are significant.
