An Ensuite - Shared is for a patient to wash, shave, shower and use the toilet, either independently or with assistance. The area and layout must accommodate an assisting nurse, patient lifter and wheelchair access.
The Ensuite shared may be accessed from two patient rooms. Special privacy latching will be required to lock both entry doors on activation.
