The Disposal Room provides for the temporary holding of waste, separated into various waste streams (general waste, clinical waste, cardboard recycling, co-mingled recycling, cytotoxic waste, confidential waste, sharps, soiled linen, etc.) prior to removal to a designated waste zone in the loading dock.

Waste will be collected at regular times each day, or when requested, to prevent build-up of waste in the unit.
