An open bay for the provision of printing, scanning and photocopying facilities and storage of stationery.
Additional Considerations:
- Adequate ventilation to be provided over multifunction device.
- Adequate clearance is required around the multifunction device to allow access to easily open panels (e.g. for clearing paper jams, changing ink, restocking paper, etc.). Clearance requirements will be dependent on device specifications.
- Clearance to be provided in adjacent circulation space to allow for intermittent use and restocking.
