HPU 360 Intensive Care Unit – General Unit describes operational, functional and design requirements for management and treatment of patients with life threatening illness or injury. The scope of this document includes services for adults, paediatrics and high dependency.
An updated revision of HPU360 Intensive care Unit - General (Revision 6, 1 March 2016) has been uploaded. This revision reflects only minor changes that have been necessary to ensure consistency across all documents. Changes include:
- reformatting of the SoA include codes and a uniform naming convention
- a new simplified numbering system to replace existing clause codes
