The Procedure Room is provided to undertake selected procedures that do not require the full facilities of the operating suite. This may include suturing or wounds, dressings, administration of local anaesthesia and the use of medical gases in connection with the procedures being performed.
This Standard Component has been reviewed, redocumented and reissued. These changes include findings from recent projects and post occupancy evaluations. In most cases, the changes are significant.
