New AHIA Resource: BIM Return on Investment (ROI) Paper

We are pleased to advise that a new resource 'AHIA Building Information Modelling (BIM) Return on Investment Paper’ has been uploaded to the AusHFG website. 

This resource has been developed to outline the financial benefits at both a project level and organisation level when BIM is utilised effectively.

The BIM ROI Paper is presented in two parts:

• Core Report – concise summary of the investigation into BIM ROI and its findings, providing a succinct case for future BIM investment across AHIA jurisdictions.
• Detailed Report – technical report providing details of the approach and methodology, assumptions and limitations, detailed analysis, findings and insights, case studies, recommendations, stakeholder engagement, and supporting documents.
